An Affordable Gem with Cozy Touches
A delightful stay with friendly service! The room had charming decor and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We loved grabbing breakfast at the nearby cafe on Earls Court Road, with its generous portions and warm atmosphere. Pro tip, book early for the best rates!

proximity to Earl's Court tube station, nearby Tesco supermarket, fast check-in process
Rooms could greatly benefit from better soundproofing!!! Investing in more comfortable seating options would enhance the stay!!! A more thoughtful layout for room fixtures, like bedside sockets, would be ideal!!!

comfortable stay but with minor issues
The cleanliness of the room stood out during my stay, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was tidy. The presence of essentials like an electric kettle for quick tea and coffee was also appreciated, making mornings much easier.
The air conditioning in the room could have been more effective during the hotter days.

great location but lacking window views
The location is simply ideal for getting around town quickly. The shower with consistently hot water and a comfortable bed made for a pleasant night’s sleep.
The lack of a window view made the room feel a bit enclosed.

The room was cozy and included a private bathroom, which made it feel comfortable. The tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch to help start my day. Plus, the location is fantastic, just a short walk from Earl's Court tube station, making it easy to explore London.
The hotel is a bit worn in places.

Quick access to Earl's Court station makes it easy to navigate London. The double room offered a cozy escape amidst the bustling city, complete with basic amenities like a flat-screen TV and decent WiFi.
The room felt cramped for comfort, with limited space making it hard to move around freely. Basic divan beds offered minimal support and only provided one pillow, leaving me wishing for more. The shower had noticeable grime and the bathroom fan ran constantly, creating extra noise. the hotel's common areas, including the hallways, showed clear signs of neglect, with stained carpets that definitely need replacing.

explore hyde park and natural history museum easily from here
I enjoyed a lovely stay, with easy access to Hyde Park just under 3 km away and the fascinating Natural History Museum within 4 km, perfect for weekend city strolls, and I truly appreciated the fresh and clean ambiance of my room that was well-maintained throughout my visit. while the room was functional and clean, it was a bit small, making it harder to sit comfortably at the desk.

Cromwell is a decent budget hotel with some ups and downs. The staff were really friendly and helpful, available 24/7. I appreciated having clean bedding and towels. Hot water in the shower. I had a double room. It was cozy but definitely on the smaller side. The rug in the hallway had a few bumps, which was a trip hazard. The room needed a facelift. the decor felt quite tired, and the carpets could use replacing. One small issue was the broken window that overlooked a messy outdoor area. The lifts were tiny, only fitting one person with a small bag, which made getting to my room a bit annoying, especially on busy days. The area around the hotel was nice, with plenty of food options a short walk away.
